Our goal is to prepare the contestants for every facet of competition, while gaining a sense of empowerment, self-worth and self- confidence to achieve the ultimate level of success in their lives. We develop and coach contestants to achieve top places in local, regional and international competitions. We cover a variety of areas specific to pageant competition, and develop skills that will be beneficial to contestants in their personal and professional lives. This is the CDC’s way of saying thank you to our sponsors who so readily agreed to invest their resources in this pageant. Thank you for your confidence in our work. We also held a Talent preview on Sat. April 26th and we are pleased to report that we are indeed impressed. Costumes The winner of MISS SVG 2008 will receive a University scholarship valued at E.C. $80.000.00 from The Government of SVG, $8,000.00 from the CDC, gifts from other Institutions. The 1st Runner-up will receive $5,000.00 plus gifts The 2nd runner-up $3,000.00 plus gifts All other contestants will receive $1,000.00 The programme for the night of the show will be presented at a later date.
